Jaideep Chadha
Co-Founder and CEO
Jaideep’s background: He graduated from USC with a Bachelors degree in Business and graduated from Colorado State University with his MBA. He was a Risk Consultant at a traditional corporate accounting firm for over 6 years before making the jump to be an independent consultant, helping companies across the world with management consulting, risk management, financial analysis, and modeling out commercial real estate investments. He is a Capital Advisor, where he helps investors optimize their capital stack through debt and equity financing.
In his free time, Jaideep enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports (primarily Manchester United and USC), and talking about disruptive ideas.
Shawna Chadha
Co-Founder and COO
Shawna’s background: She graduated from USC with double Bachelors degrees in Accounting and Business. She started as an Auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm and earned her CPA license in both Colorado and California. She made the switch to campus recruiting at the same company and enjoyed managing aspects of the hiring process before realizing her passion for real estate. She became a licensed REALTOR® in Colorado with Amerivest Realty and has an extensive network of real estate agents across the USA. She is ready to help you find your next deal or sell your current assets.
In her free time, Shawna enjoys traveling, skiing (primarily at Breckenridge), reading, and spending time with family and friends.
